Your Instructor

Bethany Dotson is Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapist and Relationship Coach with over a decade of experience helping professional women overcome anxiety, c/PTSD symptoms and reconnect with their intuition, inner power and confidence after divorce or narcissistic relationships. Her mission is helping women shift self sabotaging patterns rooted in trauma so they can experience more love with themselves, feel confident dating again and opening up vulnerably in relationships.
She's a native Texan, former Theater nerd and Daddy's girl to a father who struggled with addiction and mental health issues (I love you Aubee). When she's not serving women, you can find her soaking up the Florida sunshine, sipping cold brew coffee, lost in a book or training for her first fitness show.
